Hill's Country Furniture offers the following Returns Policy: Should you decide to return an item for any reason, please contact us at 765-987-1317. Unless there is damage to the item you will have to ship it back at your expense. We will then refund the purchase price only, not the shipping. If your order has been damaged during shipment we will have it picked up by FedEx and you will receive a replacement. If you choose to have a refund at this point, we will refund the purchase price of the item minus the shipping charge. SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE!!!
